What outdoor activities do you have?

Sunset Ranch boasts a 29-acre property, gated pool with diving board and slide, hot tub, clay shooter, trampoline, playground, dining area/seating, beach chairs/towels/umbrellas, and bistro lights.

Can I bring an ATV or Four Wheeler?

Yes. We allow our guests to bring their own ATV’s, four wheelers, and all-terrain vehicles to the Ranch to enjoy the acreage. Please keep all vehicles from driving in the main yard and remain respectful of the property while driving.

Do I need to bring my own firewood?

We provide cut firewood, not split, for your convenience. You may bring split firewood for your stay if you would like to do so.

What time is Check-In/Check-Out?

Check-In is at 3:00pm on the day of Arrival.

Check-Out is at 10:00am on the day of Departure.

Can I bring pets to Sunset Ranch?

We are a pet-friendly with a fee. We require a $50 pet fee (2 dogs/cats limit) with your reservation through Evolve. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the pet fee, please reach out to Evolve to add this to your reservation.

Do I need to bring my own towels or sheets?

We provide all linens for bedding, bath towels, and swim towels for the pool and hot tub. You may bring your own towels if you would like to do so, but it is not necessary.
