“We Will Be Back”
We had the most magical Thanksgiving at Sunset Ranch! Our family enjoyed every aspect of the property. Our "littles" loved the bunk room and all of the adults had plenty of space. All of the extras amenities, hot tub, game room, basketball hoop, corn hole, trampoline, and the wide open space were a welcome change from our busy lives. Sitting on the wrap around porch and watching the sunrise and sunset was exactly what our souls needed. Thank you Sunset Ranch for a memorable Thanksgiving, we will be back!

“Wonderful Memories”
Our family, which we are blessed to say includes our 94-year-old mom, enjoyed a very special time together at the Sunset Ranch; it was a first time visit. We had fun during our five day visit and created many wonderful memories. The western decor and comfortable accommodations were fun and appreciated. We splashed and laughed and enjoyed our time together. Yvonne, the owner, gave us a local contact person, Malynn, to address any questions or concerns; she was quickly available. What a wonderful opportunity to be able to gather like this. We even took a visit to Fort Worth and ate delicious food at the unique Mexican hacienda restaurant called Joe T. Garcia’s. Sunset Ranch did have beautiful sunsets at the end of the day and beautiful red cardinals that we enjoyed very much. To do this again next year would be wonderful.

“Preferred The Ranch”
We stayed 3 nights at Sunset Ranch as part of a week long vacation. For the remainder of the week we stayed at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. At the end of the trip we took a poll and every one of us preferred the ranch over the resort. It's a great place to spend time as a family and we will be talking about our time there for many years to come.

“Loved Our Time”
Absolutely beautiful property and home! Very spacious, well appointed. There was plenty to do, game room, pool, hot tub, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the scenery. Skeet shooting. We all just loved our time and plan to return again! Although we were all adults, this location would be ideal for families with children.

“Great Place to Stay”
We had a wonderful 2023 New Year’s celebration at this ranch! We had a group of 15 people, and 3 days flew by so fast in such a beautiful place. We accommodated everyone comfortably, kids loved their trunk beds upstairs!
Evolve had a separate guest house with its own kitchen and little office desk upstairs (very convenient for someone who has work while their stay)! The guesthouse had two beds (upstairs and downstairs) and nice living room as well! The house was clean and uniquely decorated!
Outside was so much fun! If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay! They have trampoline, pool, playground, basketball hoop and hot tub! As well as a fire pit (fun for adults). We spent two nights sitting outside, listening to the music, dancing under the stars😃! Overall, amazing trip, we would definitely come back to this stunning ranch! The host was beyond responsive and nice! Giving 5 stars plus 😁

“Love to Come Back”
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a super fun time. The kids played outside much of the time. The game room was a big hit, especially with the older kids. The little ones loved the bunkroom.

“Had a Great Time”
The ranch was everything as advertised. Very spacious, extremely clean and a great floor plan. The pool and Jacuzzi was top of the line. The property was well kept and displayed some magnificent sunsets.
This was a corporate retreat for our executives and we had a great time. Gas grill overlooking pool area made grilling very enjoyable.

“You Won’t Regret It”
I went here with my church Youth Group for Summer Retreat. The place was everything that the kids could ask for. They were too busy playing in the pool, jacuzzi, trampoline, basketball, and out in the grass area all day long.
There was a great gas grill outside, along with a good kitchen area inside, so we had a great bbq as well. The sleeping quarters were fantastic, with multiple beds and even bunk beds, so if you have a large group, don't worry. It will accommodate.
The hosts were excellent; they went out of their way to help me out and were very prompt when I had questions. Overall, this was by far one of the best airbnb spot I ever stayed in. Thank you to the hosts for making the retreat a success and memorable for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place and the hosts to anyone. You won't regret it.
